Given the growth targets of the Group, which is already classed as a leading General Contractor in Italy and one of the most important operators in the sector at a European and global level, only managers with high professional profiles and tested abilities are entrusted with project management.
In addition to technical-engineering skills which are indispensible (only) for the management of contracts involving the performance of works, a knowledge of the most advanced financial instruments (first and foremost project finance), the ability to manage complex contracts, to interact with foreign partners, to establish and create profitable relations with the best suppliers and most specialised professionals on the international market and to organise, motivate and develop increasingly heterogeneous staff as regards skills, origins and culture, are also required and appear to be fundamental.
The ability to plan for the short, medium and long-term is essential in order to perform, in accordance with quality standards of excellence and often extremely short timeframes, works with a high technological content but whose management effects, first and foremost functionality and safety, as well as company value as regards concession contracts, can be seen and must last in the future.
